Scout/Sniper Association member, J. Scott Burnside, a Veteran of the
22nd MEU, Somalia, STA 1/8, has written Goodbye, Woodlands:
One Man's Memories of the Last Days of the Woodland Marine Corps.
In addition to writing, Burnside has operated a private security
company, run for Mayor of Pascagoula, Mississippi, and managed a hotel.
Burnside and his family now reside in West Virginia. |
