Lt. Col. N. A. Chandler, U.S.M.C. (retired), was an active duty Marine for twenty-four years. He has been both a Rifle and a Weapons Company Commander. Distinguished with rifle and pistol, he is the creator of the Chandler Sniper Rifle, arguably the finest sniper rifle in the world. Col. Chandler lives with his family in Jacksonville, N.C. |
